The rum school is a unique space upstairs at the distillery. Home to 44 mini pot stills and a few resident rum experts who love to share their knowledge and passion for the spirit.

The Distillery has hosted some of the south west's finest street food vendors and feast curators.
Our current resident kitchen is Green Street. They serve up delicious plant based dirty burgers and loaded fries, with all the flavour but none of the animal.
