Home to Hannah, a 500L double retort pot still, and Harrie, a 200L pot column still, our distillery is the innovation and development hub for Dead Man's Fingers rum. 
 

The rum school is a unique space upstairs at the distillery. Home to 44 mini pot stills and a few resident rum experts who love to share their knowledge and passion for the spirit.

The distillery has two bars serving three floors, with a range of different areas to suit different parties.

We take table and group bookings and can host private functions too.
